        International Sales Manager 
        We are hiring a motivated International Sales Manager whose operational sales responsibilities/areas will fit the applicant's strengths, experience, and market knowledge.         Are you’re the International Sales Manager we are looking for? Your responsibilities would be:
        o    Conducting the professional sales process
        o    Distributor management and Direct sales
        o    Building effective and sustainable relationships with customers
        o    Planning and implementing sales and marketing plans together with the team and distributors
        o    Opening new markets, identifying potential distributors and prospects.

        Your background:
        You are a dedicated and systematic sales professional, a team player with experience in solution selling in the B2B environment. The ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset is essential. As an experienced, versatile, and hungry sales manager, structuring your time between the necessary sales activities and international travel comes naturally.

        Required competences:
        o    Business level English. Finnish or other additional language skills are a big plus.
        o    Minimum 3 years of a proven track record of sales in a B2B environment, preferably from education, health, fitness, and/or family entertainment sales.
        o    At least Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or an exceptionally strong and proven sales background.

        Sales experience in one or more of these segments is beneficial:
        o    Entertainment: Family entertainment, indoor playgrounds
        o    Hospitality and travel
        o    Education: primary schools to Universities
        o    Fitness: Recreational venues, Fitness Clubs, non-profit fitness centers
        o    Health: Health care entities such as hospitals and rehabilitation

        o    Willingness to travel and work as required to achieve objectives.
        o    Experience in project ownership and customer projects is beneficial.
        o    We preferably hire our HQ at Kajaani Finland, but remote work is also an option.

        Remuneration: Base salary + sales commission to be negotiable.
